有限元模拟固体中超声传播的换能器研究

【摘要】 超声检测是无损检测的重要组成部分,深入研究超声在固体中的传播机理非常必要,数值模拟在这方面显示了独特的优势。从有限元基本理论出发,用不同位移瞬态加载方式模拟了超声换能器激励的声波在固体中的传播;通过波场快照和纵波A扫描曲线图,清晰地显示了换能器等幅加载产生的边缘波及其对检测信号的影响,以及改进的高斯加载对消减边缘波的作用;数值模拟结果与前人理论和实验结果吻合较好。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic testing is a important component of NDT. It is very necessary for us to study the mechanism of ultrasonic propagation in solid. Numerical simulation displays special advantage in this field. Based on the principle of finite element method, the ultrasonic wave propagation in solid is simulated by different displacement transient loading. The results of snapshot and A-scan fig clearly indicate the generated edge wave when constant amplitude loading are applied and its influence on the detected signal, as well as the attenuation effect of Gaussian loading on the edge wave . The results of simulation are similar with former theoretics and experimental report by others.
