基于微纳传感器的有毒有害气体检测方法研究

【摘要】 提出了一种基于微纳电离型传感器的苯类毒害气体检测方法,构建基于微电离型微纳气体传感器构成的毒害气体检测系统,在室温常压、相对湿度75%的实验条件下分别检测0.01mg/m~3~0.3mg/m~3等8个浓度梯度的苯和甲苯气体,采用双层叠加非线性信号分析检测数据,依据信噪比特征值实现气体浓度的区分,以特征值对应的参量作为气体种类的判断。检测过程中,传感器工作在可逆电离平衡状态,并且具有无毒害、重复性好、无需预热等优点,在有毒有害气体检测领域具有广阔前景。

【Abstract】 A miniaturized benzene and toluene gas detecting method was proposed. Dangerous gas detecting system was designed and fabricated based on miniaturized toluene gas sensor. Under ambient air pressure and 75% relative humidity experimental environment,benzene and toluene gases with 0.01 mg/m3~ 0.30 mg/m3 concentration range were measured by fabricated system. Double-layered non-linear stochastic resonance was utilized for measurement data analysis,and output signal-to-noise ratio eigen value was used to characterize gas concentration. Eigen value located noise intensity was used for gas species determination. No poisonous gases were produced during measurement,and the proposed method presented some advantages,including good repeatability,and no pre-treatment operations. It is promising in dangerous gases rapid detection.
