多通道振弦传感器同步测量系统

【摘要】 桥梁健康监测中需要对多个传感器进行同步测量,目前的振弦传感器测量系统所采用的多个传感器分时异步测量方式,无法满足实际应用需求。提出一种多通道同步激励,同步测量的设计方案,给出了系统总体结构。硬件方面详细介绍了信号调理、激励驱动电路以及温度测量模块的设计思路。软件部分给出了系统软件工作流程,并详细阐述了扫频激励策略和振弦信号多通道同步测量方法的实现。实际应用证明,设计方案合理,系统运行可靠,测量精度高。

【Abstract】 Bridge health monitoring requires synchronous measurement on multiple sensors,while the existing measuring system uses time-sharing measurement for multiple sensors which can not satisfy the actual application requirement.A design scheme of synchronous excitation and synchronous measurement for multichannel sensor is raised,a general system structure is defined.In hardware section,the design scheme of signal conditioning,excitation-driving circuit and temperature measuring module is also illustrated.In software section,the working process of the system software is defined and the scanning-frequency excitation strategy and the realization of synchronous measurement on multiple channels of vibrating wire signal are elaborated as well.The actual application proves that the design is reasonable,the system running is reliable,and the measuring accuracy is superior.
