基于虚拟仪器技术的光纤应变测试系统

【摘要】 分析了光纤应变传感器的基本原理,并在实验室与电阻式应变传感器进行了应变对比测试实验.结合计算机虚拟仪器技术,以桥梁结构为被测对象,设计了基于法-珀光纤传感技术的应变测试系统.系统通过PC-DAQ采集平台和LabVIEW实现数据的自动采集和处理.应用结果表明,该系统不但具有传统电测法的优点,同时具有灵敏度高、抗干扰性强的特点,可用于大型结构健康状态的在线监测,在工程实际应用中具有重要意义.

【Abstract】 The basic principle of Fabry-Perot(F-P) optic fiber strain sensor was analyzed, and experiments in contrasting with the resistance strain sensor was performed in laboratory.Combined with the technology of virtual instrument, a new optical fiber strain testing system for bridge structure was designed. The system uses PC-DAQ technology and LabVIEW to achieve data automatic acquisition and processing. Test results show that the system is characterized by the advantages of the conventional electric testing, high sensitivity and strong of anti-interference. It can be applied to online monitoring of great structural under health condition with significance in practical engineering application.
