【摘要】 针对当今新农村住宅建设对地域生活形态的适应性要求以及在节能和环保等方面的现实需要,提出了研究北方严寒地区村镇住宅设计关键技术若干问题的重要意义,并就北方严寒地区典型传统特色的村镇住宅设计模式、新型结构体系及节能设计技术的研究思路、研究内容进行了阐述,以提高北方严寒地区村镇住宅建设水平,加快新农村建设步伐。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of existing adaptability requirements of new rural houses for the local lifestyle and practical needs in energy-saving,water-saving,materials-saving,land-saving,and environmental protection,the importance about studying on key technology of the rural houses in northern cold regions was proposed.In this paper,the research ideas and contents on the design model of rural house with typical and traditional characteristics,new structure system,and new energy-saving design technology in northern cold regions has been discussed.The research results can form a design standards and construction technology system for the rural housing in different regions of northern cold regions,and provide the technical support for improving the construction level of the rural houses in northern cold regions,and accelerating the pace of building new countryside.更多还原
