一种新型保温混凝土多孔砖的研究

【摘要】 新型保温混凝土多孔砖在生产过程中实现了混凝土多孔砖与EPS板的一次成型。通过EPS板与混凝土燕尾连接及内部设置钢丝连接,使承重区、保温区、保护层三者牢固结合在一起。对采用带有灰缝阻热条的保温混凝土多孔砖砌筑的墙体与不带灰缝阻热条的保温混凝土多孔砖砌筑的墙体进行传热系数对比试验,前者比后者低45%,可满足当前国家房屋建筑节能65%的要求。

【Abstract】 It introduces a new type of thermal insulation concrete perforated brick.The brick makes the concrete perforated brick and EPS board form a plate in the production process.It makes the load-bearing layer,insulation and protective layer combine solidly by the connection of EPS board and the concrete with the dovetail form and the connection with wire inside.Through the heat engineering performance comparative test of the wall made with the heat resistance of the brick work joint and the wall made with non-heat resistance of the brick work joint,we get that the former is lower by 45% than the latter in heat transferring coefficient.The test shows the new type of thermal insulation concrete perforated brick can reach the object of building saving energy 65% in China.
