【Abstract】 The overall system design is presented for the actual need of rapid response of earthquake emergency.The earthquake emergency command technology systems,the quick earthquake report response trigger and control systems,the earthquake damage assessment system,the dynamic auto group call and short information release system are designed based on the technology of Arcgis and Weblogic,and the specific program and software processes are given,which provides a high-performance platform with reasonable and correctly treatments.更多还原
