某中学框架结构教学楼抗震鉴定及加固

【摘要】 汶川地震之后为了提高中小学校舍的抗震性能,各地对中小学校舍实施了抗震鉴定及加固工作.为了有效评价框架结构教学楼结构的安全性,以常德市某中学框架结构教学楼抗震鉴定及加固为例,进行原始资料调查,现场检测、结构计算分析以及结构抗震性能评定,并在综合评定的基础上提出了加固处理方案.加固后的结构基本达到重点设防类抗震设防标准,结构整体性及承载力得到显著提高,结构的安全状况得到改善.

【Abstract】 After the Wenchuan earthquake,the seismic appraisal and strengthening were carried out to improve the aseismatic performance of primary and middle schools buildings nationalwide.In order to appraise the safety of a teaching building’s frame structure,many works has been taken in a middle school of Changde.These works include collecting firsthand information,on-site tests,computational analysis and the appraisal of seismic performance.Based on these,a reinforcement scheme is presented.And the structure is basically up to the anti-seismic standard after being strengthened.The integrality and the bearing capacity are enhanced significantly and the safety condition is also improved.
