建筑给水系统水泵节能优化与工程应用
Optimization on the Water Pump Energy Saving and Engineering Applications of the Building Water Supply System
【摘要】 针对目前能源紧缺的状况,提出建筑给水系统节能的途径可以从水泵电动机、输配电系统节能、水泵节能以及管理优化节能等方面考虑,并通过工程实例验证。结果表明,采用先进的变频器、自动化控制设备以及先进的管理模式,节电节能效果显著,有利于建筑企业减少能耗和降低生产成本。
【Abstract】 Based on the current situation of energy shortage,the energy saving way on water pump motor, electric power transmission and distribution system, water pump, management optimization could be considered for the building water-supply system. Through engineering examples verification, it was showed that the effect on power and energy saving were remarkable by the use of advanced inverter, automatic control equipment and advanced management mode, which were advantageous to the construction enterprises to reduce energy consumption and production costs.
