【摘要】 用地评价在城市总体规划中是非常重要的部分,但是由于城市范围比较大,传统的统计方法很难准确地反映城市用地情况.另外,由于城市规划确定的远期发展目标比较长远,统计起来经常不准确.该文以福建省莆田市为例,利用GIS技术在城市总体规划中进行城市用地评价,准确快速清晰地将土地情况进行统计和汇总.这种方法对基础资料要求比较简单,容易操作.更多还原

【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> The land resources evaluation is an important part of Comprehensive Plan, however, the traditional method often hard to illustrate the situation of urban land use for its large area. Nevertheless, cause the destination of the Urban Planning often refers to a long future, the land statistic which the city’s development needs is hard to collect accurately. In the case of Putian City (Fujian Province), we create a system of land resources evaluation with ARC/INFO successfully. This system requires less primary data, receives more accurate results, and is operated easily.更多还原
