【摘要】 2022年冬奥会的成功申办给黑龙江省滑雪产业发展带来了前所未有的机遇与压力,为了扭转当前滑雪产业相对低效的局面,需要正视抑制黑龙江省滑雪产业发展的突出问题。通过文献资料和实地调查等研究方法对黑龙江省滑雪产业发展瓶颈及优化策略进行研究,旨在切入"放管服"路径推动黑龙江省滑雪产业的发展进程。研究表明:黑龙江省滑雪产业存在思想认识不到位、市场发育不成熟、政策法规不完善、人才观念淡薄、"互联网+"改革动力不足等问题。需要通过"放管服"改革路径,增强其发展意识,营造开放、公正的滑雪市场营商环境,建立健全公平正义的法制保障体系,创建行之有效的人力资源保障机制,以推动滑雪产业在黑龙江省的深入发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The successful bid for the Winter Olympic Games in 2022 has brought unprecedented opportunities and pressures to the development of the ski industry in Heilongjiang Province.In order to reverse the relatively inefficient situation of the current ski industry,it is necessary to face up to the prominent problems in the development of the ski industry in Heilongjiang Province.Through the literature research method and field investigation and other research methods,the research on the bottleneck and optimization strategy of the development of the ski industry in Heilongjiang Province is carried out,aiming to cut into the "distribution service" path to promote the development of the ski industry in Heilongjiang Province.The research shows that there are problems in the ski industry in Heilongjiang Province,such as lack of understanding of the market,immature market development,imperfect policies and regulations,weak talent concept,and insufficient motivation for the "Internet" reform.It is necessary to adopt the "distribution service" reform path,enhance its development awareness,create an open and fair business environment for the ski market,establish a sound legal system for fairness and justice,and create an effective human resource guarantee mechanism to promote the ski industry.The in-depth development of Heilongjiang Province.更多还原
