青少年运动员体能训练的方法

【摘要】 体能是影响青少年运动员竞赛成绩的重要因素之一,体能的好坏直接关乎到运动员后续的成长与发展。对体能训练的价值和重要性进行阐述,探索了影响青少年运动员体能训练的因素,从而总结出在对青少年运动员进行体能训练中应该遵循训练内容,要有趣味性和娱乐性、训练方法要适合青少年运动员的心理特点、训练教学语言要浅显易懂等原则,并提出营造良好的训练教学环境、改革传统训练模式、提高教练员的职业素质、完善体能训练的设施和装备等优化体能训练质量的策略,进而促进我国青少年运动员体能质量的提升。

【Abstract】 Physical fitness is one of the important factors affecting the performance of young athletes.The quality of physical fitness is directly related to the subsequent growth and development of athletes.Explain the value and importance of physical training,explore the factors affecting the physical training of young athletes,and conclude that the training content should be interesting and entertaining in the physical training of young athletes,the training method should be suitable for psychological characteristics of young athletes,the training language should be easy to understand,and propose strategies to create a good training and teaching environment,reform the traditional training mode,improve the professional quality of the coaches,improve the physical training settings and equipment,and optimize the quality of physical training.Then it will promote the improvement of the physical fitness quality of young athletes in China.
