一种活塞式推冲器的优化设计及应用

【摘要】 针对活塞式推冲器冲击速度偏大的问题,从火药燃烧性能优化、增加液体阻尼等方面入手提出了解决方案。用伯努力方程对影响冲击速度的关键因素进行了理论分析,结果表明液体阻尼可以大大减弱冲击速度对燃气室压力的敏感程度,进而减小活塞杆对后接装置的冲击力。运用液体阻尼技术,设计了一种井下地震层析成像系统用推冲器,经现场使用,解卡成功率达100%,为以后同类推冲器设计提供了重要参考。

【Abstract】 With respect to the problem of great impact velocity often encountered in piston-style thruster,this paper presents a solution with the benefit of optimizing combustion property of propellant and increasing liquid damping the piston.The liquid damping effect can efficiently weaken the influence of combustion chamber pressure on impact velocity of piston-rod,which was theoretical analyzed by Bernoulli Equation.The impact force produced by the collision between piston-rod and rear device was decreased correspondingly.A piston-style thruster used for releasing stuck device(Seismic Tomography System) in oilwell was designed by exercising this research achievement.It is proved that the success rate of this thruster rescued the device successfully from stuck condition in oilwell is 100%,which can provide an important reference for relative thruster.
