毁伤工况条件下冲击波压力电测法综述

【摘要】 从发展过程、主要技术手段、优缺点及适用范围四个方面对典型的两种冲击波电测法(引线测试法和存储测试法)进行了分析和总结。重点探讨了冲击波压力电测法自身低频特性不足、传感器系统校准、寄生效应、冲击波比冲量计算等存在的问题。针对电缆线、温度、机械冲击3种主要的寄生效应引起的信号失真进行了定量实验验证。结果表明:引起的寄生输出分别为10-3~10-4MPa、10-3~10-4MPa、106~107W/m2的量级;针对3组典型实测数据干扰源进行定性分析;最后对现有方法的改进及新研究方向进行展望。

【Abstract】 Four aspects on probe overpressure measurement and stored overpressure measurement method system were introduced,such as the development process,main technical means,advantages and disadvantages,and the application scope.The shortage of electrometric test method was systematically presented,including dynamic performance and calibrations of measurement system,parasitic effects and calculation of impulse of positive blast wave phase.The errors caused by 3 major parasitic effects,including the cable,temperature,mechanical impact,were carried out to validate the quantitative of distortion.Results show that the spurious output reached the orders of 10-3~10-4MPa,10-3~ 10-4MPa,106~ 107 W / m2,respectively.In addition,the interference source of three groups of typical experimental data was investigated.Furthermore,the improved methods and new research fields were proposed.
