两座85m钢筋砼烟囱同时爆破拆除振动研究

【摘要】 针对贵州铝厂的两座85m高钢筋砼高耸烟囱在采用爆破拆除法拆除时产生的振动及传播规律,采用理论分析、现场工程监测等方法开展研究。研究结果表明:爆破拆除烟囱过程中共产生四次较大的振动信号波动,分别由炸药爆炸、支撑破坏、切口闭合及撞击地面所引起;被保护物旁测点的振动监测结果远小于爆破振动和塌落振动的理论计算值,主要是由于爆破点高于测点,爆破振动传播存在低程衰减效应,另外在烟囱塌落撞击的地面上铺设缓冲材料可以有效降低振动。

【Abstract】 To explore the vibration and the propagation behavior caused by demolishing of two reinforced concrete chimney with 85 meters height in Gui Zhou Aluminum Plant,the methods of theoretical analysis and project monitor were performed. The results show four larger fluctuation of vibration signal existed in the process of demolishing,mainly from explosion,break of supports,close of blasting incision and impact with the ground. The results of vibration from the monitoring equipment were much smaller than the theoretical calculation,mainly caused by two reasons: one was the low attenuation effect for the position of blasting point higher than monitoring point,and another one was the buffer materials influence built on the ground where the chimney toppling.
