切口高度对烟囱拆除爆破塌落振动的模拟研究

【摘要】 切口高度是影响烟囱拆除爆破触地振动的重要因素,为此利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力学有限元软件,建立分离式共节点模型,分别选取烟囱切口高度为0.5 m、1.5 m、2.5 m、3.5 m几种工况进行模拟,分析了烟囱倒塌过程及倒塌方向前后的触地振动规律,研究不同切口高度对烟囱拆除过程中塌落振动的影响规律,结果表明:烟囱倒塌的反方向区域,第一次触地振动的振动速度比第二次大;烟囱倒塌方向,第二次触地振动的振动速度远远大于第一次。随着爆破切口高度的增加,烟囱的触地振动对周围的建筑物影响变小。最后,将数值模拟的结果应用在实际爆破过程中,降低了烟囱塌落振动的危害,验证了该方法的科学性。对拆除爆破触地振动降振机理研究具有重要的理论意义和工程实用价值。

【Abstract】 Cut height is a major factor of collapse vibration of chimney explosive demolition.In this article,cut height is studied with ANSYS/LS-DYNA dynamic finite element software.The models are established as a separate were node model,and have four cut height condition of 0.5 m,1.5 m,2.5 m,3.5 m.The chimney collapse process and collapse vibration law are analyzed to study influence of different cut height on chimney collapse vibration.The results show that: in reverse direction area of chimney collapse,the first peak collapse vibration is larger than the second collapse vibration; in chimney collapse direction,the second collapse vibration is larger than the first collapse vibration.As the cut height increases,influence of chimney collapse vibration on surrounding structures decreases.At last,numerical simulation results were used in blasting project,which reduced harm of chimney collapse vibration and verify the scientific of this method.vibration reduction mechanism of blasting demolition collapse vibration in this paper have important theoretical significance and engineering practical value.
