爆破振动速度衰减公式的稳健回归分析
Robust Regression Analysis of Attenuation Formula of Blasting Vibration Velocity
【摘要】 针对经典最小二乘法在回归分析爆破质点振速中存在的问题,即无法抵御异常值的影响,提出了爆破质点振速衰减公式的稳健回归分析。该方法基于迭代加权最小二乘法回归参数,对异常值给与较低的权重,正常值给与较高的权重,有效的抵御了异常值对回归模型的影响。通过实例分析,对比了2种方法在有异常值和剔除异常值后的回归结果,证明了稳健回归分析这一方法的可靠性及优越性。
【Abstract】 The classical least squares(LS)method can not withstand the impact of outliers due to the weakness of regressing and analyzing the blasting particular vibration velocity.In this study the robust regression analysis of attenuation formula of blasting vibration velocity was put forward based on iteratively reweighted least squares(IRLS) method,which can assign to the abnormity a lower weight and the normal value a higher weight values.By comparing the regression results of abnormity and abnormity removal,the IRLS was proven to be of high reliability and superiority.
