紧邻隧道上方的土石方开挖控制爆破技术

【摘要】 汪家山工业园区土石方开挖爆破工程紧邻襄渝铁路线汪家山和白浪一号2座隧道上方,其爆破振动效应将直接对隧道稳定产生影响。为确保隧道安全,施工前进行了现场爆破试验。同时,对试验中采取的不同参数条件下的爆破振动效应进行了测试,并依据测试结果对土石方开挖爆破振动效应进行了灰色关联和回归分析;最后,依据爆破试验与综合分析结果,为了控制孔深和最大单段药量,提出了有效的爆破技术方案,取得了良好的爆破施工效果。

【Abstract】 The rock and soil excavation engineering of Wangjiashan Industrial Park is adjacent to the top of Wangjiashan tunnel and Bailangyihao tunnel of the Xiangyu railway,the effect of blasting vibration will affect directly on the stability of tunnel.In order to ensuring tunnel safety,the field test blastings were carried out before the construction.Blasting vibration effects of the tests under different parameters were monitored.According to the test results,the effect of blasting vibration was analyzed by grey relation and regression analysis.In the end,based on the results of test blastings and comprehensive analysis,an effective blasting technology was proposed and has achieved good results.
