【摘要】 【目的】为生产上选择耐低温萌发的绿肥品种提供参考。【方法】以小麦为对照,以红三叶、田菁、黑麦草、紫云英、毛叶苕子、油菜和白三叶7种绿肥作物为试验材料,分别进行标准发芽试验和4℃低温发芽试验,测定种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和平均发芽时间,并计算其相对值,应用模糊隶属函数法进行耐低温能力的综合评价。【结果】低温处理降低了绿肥种子的活力,并且7种绿肥作物种子的耐低温能力存在显著差异。【结论】毛叶苕子、白三叶和紫云英种子的耐低温萌发能力强于小麦,为强耐低温种子,而红三叶、田菁、黑麦草和油菜种子的耐低温萌发能力弱于小麦,为弱耐低温种子。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】By studying the effect of low temperature on seed vigor of wheat and seven green manure materials,the ability of low temperature tolerance of different crops was compared,the results will contribute to the selection of green manure crops.【Methods】In this experiment,seven green manure crops,Trifolium pretense,Sesbaniacannabina,Loliumperenne,Astragalussinicus,ViciavillosaRoth,Brassica campestris,and Trifoliumpretense were used as experimental materials compared with Triticumaestivum.The standard germination test and low temperature germination are conducted.Based on the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,the average days of germination,and the relative value.The fuzzy membership function analysis were used to comprehensively evalate the different germination indexes of the eight crops.【Results】The results showed that the low temperature will reduce the vigor of green manure seeds,and there are significant differences in the low temperature tolerance of different green manure crops.【Conclusion】The low temperature tolerance of the eight green manure crops is:ViciavillosaRoth、Trifoliumrepens、Astragalussinicus are strong cold-resistant crops;Triticumaestivumis a medium-hardy crop;Trifoliumpratense,Sesbaniacannabina,Loliumperenne,Brassicacampestris are weakly cold-resistant crops.更多还原
