【摘要】 预出版是优先数字出版的一种新形式,是技术驱动创新下传统媒体与新媒体深度融合的新形态。预出版是针对经过严格"三审制"审查初步录用的稿件进行优先数字出版,目的是加快出版速度,抢占学术制高点和优先刊发权。从根本上说,预出版是用户需求和技术创新驱动的,具有鲜明的即时性、不确定性,能够再造出版流程。结合预出版的实践经验,科技期刊预出版的可能模式有2种:通过自建媒体生态进行预出版和借助第三方平台进行预出版;但当下科技期刊应采取自建媒体生态与借助第三方平台相结合的方式进行预出版,以实现预出版稿件的多种数据格式生产和多媒体平台的广泛传播与精准推送;加强对预出版理论体系和实践探索的研究,加快形成具有中国特色的预出版理论体系和实践典范。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pre-publishing is a new form of priority digital publishing,a new form of deep integration of traditional media and new media by technology-driven innovation. Pre-publication is a priority digital publication for manuscripts that have been initially accepted through a rigorous "three-trial"review,with the aim of speeding up publication,preempting academic high grounds and prioritizing publication rights. Fundamentally speaking, prepublication is driven by user needs and technological innovations,with clear immediacy,uncertainty,and the ability to re-create the publishing process. Combined with the pre-published practical experience,there are two possible models for pre-publication of scientific journals: self-built media ecology for pre-publication and pre-publishing with third-party platforms. However, the current scientific journals should adopt the self-built media ecology and the combination of third-party platforms for pre-publishing,in order to realize the wide-distribution and accurate push of multiple data format production and multimedia platform of pre-published manuscripts.更多还原
