【摘要】 北京市水环境治理工作坚持以习近平总书记视察北京工作和关于保障水安全的重要讲话精神为统领,聚焦水资源短缺、水环境污染及水生态损害等最迫切最突出水环境问题,总结出了一套标本兼治、系统治理、综合整治的水环境治理工作思路与工作方法。在总结石景山区、丰台区和通州区"一河一策"工作发现,虽然北京市已经从多方面多角度开展水环境治理工作,但在长效管理机制、跨流域管理等方面仍存在问题,需通过加强流域管理、加快机制建设等方式加以解决,确保北京市河湖水环境持续好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water environmental governance work of Beijing adheres to be guided by the spirit of work on the protection of water safety in the president Xi Jinping’s important speech. This study focuses on the shortage of water resources, water pollution, water ecological damage, and most pressing problems of water environment. Besides, it sums up a set of ideas and working methods for water environmental governance in tackling the problem, the system of governance, and the comprehensive renovation work. Although Beijing has carried out water environmental governance from many aspects and perspectives, there are still problems in the long-term management mechanism and interriver basin management. There is a need to solve them through strengthen watershed management, and accelerate the construction of management mechanism, thus ensuring the sustainable improvement of water environment in Beijing.更多还原
