【Abstract】 It is a comprehensive and long-term process to control the black-malodorous water in the city of Beijing. Recently, the problem has increasingly and seriously affected people’s daily life and social development. This study takes the Nansha river basin in Haidian district of Beijing as an example. After analyzing the black-malodorous causes in detail, we established relevant governance ideas from external source pollution interception, endogenous pollution treatment, ecological restoration of water quality,enhancement of water mobility etc.更多还原
