【摘要】 环境保护部新发布的《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》(HJ 610-2016)在原有导则的基础上对地下水环境影响评价工作的重点进行了细化,使其更具有可操作性。由于不同项目的行业特点和所在区域地下水环境特征的不同,在地下水环境影响评价的分类定级、现状调查、影响预测以及防治措施均有较为个性的方面。文章以西北某电厂项目为例,探讨电厂项目地下水环境影响评价的若干关键问题,旨在提高电厂项目地下水环评工作的合理性与科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Environmental impact assessment technical guidelines groundwater environment"(HJ610-2016) was issued by the MEP basised of the original guidelines to more operable. Due to the different characteristics of the project and the characteristics of the groundwater environment in the region, there are more individual aspects in the classifcation, investigation of status quo, influence prediction and prevention and control measures. Some issues of the power plant project groundwater environmental impact assessment is explored for improving the rationality and scientificness of groundwater EIA in power plant construction projects, in the case of a power plant project in the northwest.更多还原
