圆钢管RPC短柱轴心受压极限承载力分析

【摘要】 为了研究钢管活性粉末混凝土(钢管RPC)柱轴心受压力学特性,采用全截面受压方法进行了圆钢管RPC短柱轴心受压试验,测试了其在荷载作用下的变形、应变情况.试验结果表明,在荷载达到极限承载力时,钢管PRC短柱的变形主要处于弹性阶段,当承载力下降到极限承载力的80%~90%后趋于平缓,在总结相关试验资料的基础上,参照CECS 104:99中钢管高强混凝土极限承载力公式,提出了钢管RPC短柱的极限承载力计算经验公式.为了便于工程应用,把公式中的混凝土强度及其对应的系数α进行了扩展,采用扩展后的系数α对试验数据重新进行了计算,计算结果与试验数据符合良好,能满足工程应用.

【Abstract】 In order to study the axial compressive mechanical performance of reactive powder concrete(RPC) filled steel tube,an experiment on circular RPC filled steel tube stub columns is conducted to test the deformation and the strain under the axial full section load.The test results show that the main deformation is in elastic stage when the load is up to its ultimate loading capacity and then the load declines to be 80%-90% of the ultimate load.The empirical formula of ultimate loading capacity for the RPC filled steel tube stub columns is suggested according to the formula of CECS 104: 99 with the referenced tested data.The strength of the concrete and the coefficient α used for CECS 104: 99 formula are extended in order to apply the empirical formula to the engineering design.The tested data is recalculated with the revised α.The calculated results are in good agreement with the tested data.It satisfies with the engineering requirements.
