基于地表径流系数的山地型海绵城市建设监测

【摘要】 近年来,城市内涝灾害频发,给人民生命财产安全带来了严重的威胁,海绵城市建设对缓解雨洪灾害、构建城市水生态安全格局具有重要意义。山地型海绵城市建设因为其复杂的地形条件而有异于平原城市。年径流总量控制目标作为海绵城市建设的核心指标,其指标直接反映了海绵城市建设实施成效。以悦来新城为例,基于高分辨率遥感影像提取不透水层数据,结合海绵城市建设规划目标,采用地表径流系数对监测区海绵城市建设实施成效进行分析,为山地型海绵城市评估提供新思路。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the frequent occurrence of urban waterlogging disasters have posed a serious threat to the safety of people’s lives and property.Sponge city construction is of great significance for alleviating the damage of rain-flood and building an ecological security pattern of urban water.The construction of mountain sponge city is different from that of plain city because of its complex topographic conditions.As the core index of sponge city construction,the annual total runoff control target directly reflects the implementation effect of sponge city construction.Taking yuelai new town as an example,the impervious layer data is extracted based on high-resolution remote sensing image,and the effect of sponge city construction in the monitoring area is analyzed by using surface runoff coefficient in combination with the construction planning target of sponge city,so as to provide new ideas for the evaluation of mountainous sponge city.
