动态设计分析方法的舰船甲板设备垂向冲击环境分析

【摘要】 应用动态设计分析方法(DDAM),考核了水面舰艇四联装反舰导弹发射装置垂向抗冲击性能。建立了水面舰艇水下非接触爆炸物理模型,计算不同工况下水面舰艇甲板设备垂向响应及反应谱。应用板理论建立舰船甲板一阶等效动力模型。结合甲板设备反应谱与舰船甲板等效动力模型,采用联邦德国军舰建造规范BV 043/85规定的正负三角波作为加载波形,计算得到不同安装质量甲板设备的冲击反应谱设计谱值。结果表明,DDAM规定的舰船设备冲击环境与1 000 kg TNT当量装药,水下距舰船60~100 m远爆炸产生的冲击环境相当。同时,依据我国舰艇自身的特点,设计了不同工况下,不同安装质量设备的舰船甲板设备垂向设计谱值。得到的设计谱规律正确,数值合理。

【Abstract】 The vertical shock-resistant ability of tetra-launcher of anti-ship missile was evaluated by using the dynamic design analysis method(DDAM).The non-contact underwater explosion of the naval ship was modeled and the response history and response spectrum were calculated.A first order dynamic model of deck was established by using plate theory.Combined the response spectrum of the ship equipment and the first order dynamic deck model and taken a triangular wave as the loading waveform specified in the standard BV 043/85 of Federal German,the design values of shock response spectrums of equipments with different masses were calculated.The results show that the shock environment specified by DDAM is equivalent to the shock environment deduced by underwater non-contact explosion with 1 000 kg TNT at a distance of 60~100 m.Therefore,according to the features of warship of our country,the design values of response spectrums for different cases can be established reasonably.
