航空薄壁件铣削加工动态特性与实验分析
Dynamical Characteristic and Experimental Analysis for Thin-wall Part of Aviation in the Milling
【摘要】 基于铣削力系数辨识实验,建立铣削力的数学模型。利用有限元动力学分析技术与铣削振动力学数学模型的结合,得到"一"字型薄壁件振幅响应公式和曲线,并对其进行扩展应用于复杂的航空薄壁件。依据主轴转速与工件的固有频率关系,编制出参数化动态特性分析程序,实现航空薄壁铣削参数的优化。
【Abstract】 Based on the experiment of cutting force coefficient identification,the mathematical model of cutting force was established.The formula and the curve of the "一" shaped thin-wall part amplitude responses were obtained by combining finite element dynamic analysis with milling vibration mathematical model and extended to the complex thin-wall parts of aviation.According to the relationship of rotate speed and frequency of the workpiece,the program of parameterized dynamical characteristic analysis was programed to realize optimization of the milling parameters of thin-wall part.
