【摘要】 住宅建筑电气安全评价工作具有复杂性和综合性的特点,涉及到的内容范围广,要考虑的因素复杂多样。要有效实现电气安全评价的作用和功能,需要建立科学合理的安全评价体系。通过对国内住宅电气安全火灾的形势分析,提出几种适用于住宅建筑电气安全的评价方法,并对方法使用中的基本思路进行简要分析。管理单位可以结合自身情况选用,使决策人员做出科学的决策,及时进行防范。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electrical safety evaluation of residential buildings has the characteristics of complexity and comprehensiveness, involving a wide range of contents, and the factors to be considered are complex and diverse. In order to effectively realize the role and function of electrical safety evaluation, it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable safety evaluation system. Based on the situation analysis of domestic residential electrical safety fire, this paper puts forward several evaluation methods suitable for residential building electrical safety, and makes a brief analysis of the basic ideas in the use of the method.
