【摘要】 PMC Colinet接箍车丝机床是一种高精度,高效率的自动化机床,其充分结合机、电、液,在此对该机床翻转卡盘液压回路中的液压阀做进一步的研究和分析。液压阀的阀孔和阀芯之间有很小的缝隙,当缝隙中有油液时,移动阀芯所需要的力只需克服粘性摩擦力,数值相当小。可实际情况并非如此,在中高压系统中当阀停止运动一段时间后,阻力可以大到几百牛顿,使阀芯重新移动困难。

【Abstract】 The PMC Colinet coupling threading machine is an automatic machine tool with high precision and efficiency as well as it is fully integrated with machines,electricity and fluid.Moreover,the hydraulic valve in hydraulic circuit of turning chuck for the machine tool is further researched and analyzed.There is a very small gap between opening and spool of hydraulic valve.When there is oil in the gap,the force required for moving spool only needs to overcome the viscous friction, so the value is quite small.However,it is not the case in practices.When the valve stops moving for some time in the medium-high pressure system,the resistance could be as large as hundreds of Newton,which makes the spool move difficultly again.
