四种保温被对宁夏冬季日光温室保温性的影响

Effect of Four Kinds of Thermal Insulation Quilts on the Thermal Insulation of Ningxia Winter Solar Greenhouse

【摘要】 为筛选出适宜宁夏地区日光温室生产的保温被,选用PE 4层黑色针织毛毡(1号)、PE 3层黑色针织毛毡(2号)、镀铝膜保温被(3号)及宁夏常用无纺布保温被(CK)作为试验材料,研究了4种保温被对日光温室气温和土温的影响,以期减少日光温室前屋面散热量,提高温室冬季保温性。结果表明:晴天时1号保温被夜间气温、地温与CK形成显著性差异;阴天时1号夜间气温、地温与2~3号及CK形成显著差异。1~3号及CK在极端天气下最低温度平均值为3.7、3.4、3.3、3.1℃,≤5℃平均延续时长为3.9、4.2、4.4、4.6 h,节能率为3%、2%、1%。试验期间,1~3号及CK温室夜间平均气温分别为14.6、13.6、13.0、12.6℃,夜间平均地温为17.5、16.6、16.1、15.6℃,1号保温性最佳,2号、3号次之,CK最差。

【Abstract】 By choosing PE 4 layers black knitted felt(No.1),PE 3 layers black knitted felt(No.2),aluminized film thermal insulation blanket(No.3) and the common thermal insulation blanket in Ningxia(CK) as the test materials,the effects of four kinds of insulation on the temperature and soil temperature of the solar greenhouse were studied.In order to reduce the heat dissipation of greenhouse and improve greenhouse heat preservation in winter.The results showed that the average night temperature of No.1 insulation was significantly different from CK.On sunny days,the average air temperature on night of No.1 was extremely different from CK.On cloudy days,the average air temperature on night of No.1 was significantly different from other treatments.During the experiment,the average minimum temperature of No.1,No.2,No.3 and CK in extreme weather were 3.7 ℃,3.4 ℃,3.3 ℃,3.1 ℃ and the average duration of less than 5 ℃ were 3.9 h,4.4 h,4.6 h.The energy saving rate were 3%,2%,1%.The average night temperature of each treatment were 14.6 ℃,13.6 ℃,13.0 ℃,12.6 ℃,the average soil temperature at night were 17.5 ℃,16.6 ℃,16.1 ℃,15.6 ℃.No.1 showed good thermal insulation,followed by No.2 and No.3,CK.
