基于石墨炉原子吸收法的水污染中铅含量测定方法研究

【摘要】 针对传统方法测量水污染中铅含量不准确这一问题,利用石墨炉原子吸收法设计了一种新的测量方法。选用赛默飞的ICE3000系列原子吸收分光光谱仪,通过高纯氩气测定水污染中铅的含量,接口使用的为自动进样器,实现了全自动联用测量,通过干燥阶段、灰化阶段、原子化阶段和净化阶段对石墨炉进行升温处理,进行实验。结果表明,在进行测试时,最合适的洗脱剂为0.15 mol/L的NH4NO3溶液,洗脱流速为1.8 ml/min,富集流速为6.4 ml/min,采样点为13 s,溶液pH值为6,在上述条件下,给出的铅含量测定方法能够有效防止基体造成的干扰,检出限大大降低,确保了测量结果的准确性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the inaccurate measurement of lead content in water pollution by traditional methods,a new measurement method was designed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The lead content in water pollution was determined by high purity argon using Semerfly’s ICE3000 series atomic absorption spectrometer,and the automatic sampler was used as the interface. The automatic combined measurement was realized. The graphite furnace was heated through drying stage,ashing stage,atomization stage and purification stage,and the experiment was carried out. The results show that the most suitable eluent is 0.15 mol/L NH4NO3 solution,the elution flow rate is 1.8 ml/min,the enrichment flow rate is 6.4 ml/min,the sampling point is 13 s,and the solution pH value is 6.Under the above conditions,the determination method of lead content can effectively prevent matrix interference,the detection limit is greatly reduced,and the accuracy of measurement results is ensured.
