长江(镇江段)水体和水生生物中汞的污染现状与生态风险评价研究

【摘要】 采用原子荧光光谱法对长江镇江段水体及水生生物中的汞含量进行测定,分析了长江镇江段水体和水生生物中汞污染现状以及汞的含量分布状况,并采用单项污染指数法对其生态风险进行评价。结果表明:长江镇江段8个采样点的水体中汞含量的平均值为0.014μg/L,均低于《地表水环境质量标准》第Ⅱ类标准(≤0.05μg/L),表明水体均未受到明显的汞污染;水生生物样品(螺蛳、河蚌和鲫鱼)的汞含量均低于中国《农产品安全质量无公害水产品安全要求》(≤300μg/kg)。

【Abstract】 In this study, mercury contents in water and aquatic organisms in Zhenjiang section of Yangtze River weredeterminedby atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Pollution status and spatial distribution of mercury in the water and aquatic organisms at the Yangtze River were analyzed in this paper. Single Pollution Index was used to assess ecological risksof mercury. The results showed that in 8 sampling spots, the average contentof mercury in water was 0.014 μg/L. The mercury concentrations in aqueous phase were lower than the secondary-level standard of the National Surface Water Environment Quality Standard(≤0.05 μg/L). Mercury contents in aquatic organisms(Snails, river mussels and crucian carp)were all lowerthan the criteria for Agricultural Product-Safety Standards for Non-Pollution Aquatic Products of China(≤300 μg/kg).
