自然生态旅游发展与环境污染的计量模型研究

【摘要】 为了帮助人们定量地认识自然生态旅游发展对环境污染的影响程度,提高政府制定景区环境保护策略的有效性,选取了一套包括自然生态旅游景区游览环境、景区生活环境、景区自然环境和景区社会环境在内的景区环境影响评价指标体系;并在此基础上,采用环境经济学理论分别从衣、食、住、行、娱乐、购物等六个方面建立了自然生态旅游发展与环境污染的计量模型。选取成吉思汗陵自然生态旅游景区为研究对象,探讨了自然生态旅游发展对环境污染的影响。以2017年成吉思汗陵景区旺季的旅游数据作为实验数据,采用生态足迹和人均生态足迹作为评价指标,根据上述计量模型计算得到了自然生态旅游景区餐饮、住宿、交通、购物、游览、娱乐对环境的影响结果,计算结果与实际情况相吻合,充分证明了所建计量模型的有效性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 In order to help people quantitatively understand the impact of natural ecotourism development on environmental pollution and improve the effectiveness of the government’s environmental protection strategy,a set of natural ecotourism scenic spots,scenic environment,scenic natural environment and scenic society were selected. The environmental impact assessment index system of the scenic spot including the environment; on this basis,the environmental economics theory is used to establish the measurement of natural ecotourism development and environmental pollution from six aspects: clothing,food,housing,transportation,entertainment and shopping. The natural eco-tourism scenic spot of Genghis Khan Mausoleum was selected as the research object,and the impact of natural ecotourism development on environmental pollution was discussed. Taking the tourist data of the peak season of Genghis Khan in 2017 as the experimental data,using the ecological footprint and the per capita ecological footprint as the evaluation indicators,according to the above-mentioned measurement model,the natural eco-tourism scenic spots are catering,accommodation,transportation,shopping,sightseeing and entertainment to the environment. The results are influential,and the calculation results are consistent with the actual situation,which fully proves the validity and reliability of the established measurement model.
