【摘要】 为了建立科学和客观的公共服务公众满意度评价指标体系,研究应用层次结构模型的指标权重确定方法,构建了公众对环境保护公共服务满意度的评价指标体系,由环境质量、污染治理、环境管理、环境形象4个二级指标和16个三级指标构成,并在广州市进行了实证研究。结果表明,污染治理分项的权重最高(占0. 490);直观评价使评价结果偏高(5. 16)。得出结论:须建立科学合理的评价指标体系;重点加强环境污染治理和环境质量;加强环保信息公开工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order toestablish publicsatisfaction scientifically and objectively,the study builds a system of EPSI( Environmental Protection Satisfaction Index),which includes 4 second-grade indexes and 16 third-grade indexes. A case in Guangzhou is studied. The results showed that the most important index is Pollution Treatment( weights 0. 490); compared with EPSI,subjective evaluation make the data become higher( 5. 16).
