【摘要】 山东省陆域生态保护红线区总面积为2 084 790 hm~2,约占全省陆域面积的13.2%。山东省生态保护红线区面临的主要生态问题有:区内森林覆盖率低,系统的抗性较弱;水土流失严重,水源涵养能力弱;自然湿地面积减少,湿地生态系统的稳定性降低等。建议通过出台省级层面生态保护红线的规章,依法保护生态红线区;加大生态保护补偿力度、加强生态保护与修复、构建监测网络和监管平台及建立定期评价和考核机制,对生态保护红线实施管控。更多还原

【Abstract】 The total area of the ecological protection redlines area in Shandong Province is 2 084,790 hm~2, accounting for 13.2% of the land area of the province. The main ecological problems in the ecological protection redlines area in Shandong Province include:low forest coverage and weak system resistance, serious soil erosion and weak water conservation capacity, reducing natural wetland area and stability of wetland ecosystem. It is suggested that regulations should be issued to protect the ecological protection redlines area. Ecological compensation mechanism, ecological restoration and monitoring network should be strengthened to control and protect the relines area.更多还原
