【摘要】 目前,在人口(population)、资源(resources)、环境(environment)和发展(development)紧密耦合背景下,城市出现水资源短缺、内涝频发等现象,海绵城市的建设可带来良好的生态、经济效益;文章以陕西西咸新区为研究区,通过实地考察、资料查阅等方法,详细阐述了西咸新区在海绵城市建设中,构建的雨水综合利用四级体系:结果表明:海绵城市建设提升了水资源利用效率,缓解了城市雨水收集和再利用难题,希冀为半湿润、半干旱地区的城市建设提供借鉴经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of close coupling of population, resources, environment and development, there appear a shortage of water resources and frequent waterlogging in cities. Therefore, the construction of sponge city can bring good ecological and economic benefits. The paper elaborates the four-level system of comprehensive utilization of rainwater in the construction of sponge city in Xixian New District through field investigation, data review and so on. By taking Xixian New District in Shaanxi as the research area, the study constructs the rainwater comprehensive utilization four level systems. The results show that the sponge city construction enhances the efficiency of water resources utilization, and alleviates the problems of the collection and reuse of city rainwater, The author hopes that this paper can provide experience for other semi-humid and semi-arid areas.更多还原
