无补偿式单出杆磁流变阻尼器的力学性能研究及其建模

【摘要】 针对自主研制的适用于爆炸冲击震动环境下的无补偿式单出杆磁流变阻尼器,研究其不同工作状态对力学性能的影响,并通过对双曲正切滞回模型增加表达惯性力项进行修正建立力学模型。结果表明,这种磁流变阻尼器不存在偏置力,其耗能能力与最大阻尼力均随着电流、活塞速度的增加而增大,但它们之间为非线性关系。利用最小二乘法与单纯形法相结合的方法对力学模型进行两步辨识,使得搜索空间的维数由5下降为2,提高了参数辨识的效率。对比力学性能试验数据与经参数辨识后的力学模型证实,所提出的力学模型能够很好地模拟无补偿式单出杆磁流变阻尼器的力学性能。

【Abstract】 The dynamic performance of single pole magnetorheological damper(MRD) without accumulator in different working status was researched,which was developed by us to apply in the environment of explosion and shock.The mechanical model of this type MRD was proposed by adding the item of inertia force based on the hyperbolic tangent model.By the analysis of indicator characteristics of MRD,it is concluded that there is no offset force in the single pole magnetorheological damper(MRD) without accumulator.The dissipation energy and the maximal damping force increase nonlinearly with the excited electric current and piston’s velocity.The parameters of its mechanical model are identified by least square method combining with simplex method,which make the five dimensions of search space reduce to two.By comparing the results of test with simulation,it is proved that the mechanical model proposed in this paper can simulate the indicator characteristics of single pole MRD without accumulator accurately.
