外加电场对Cu-Zn-Al合金中类流态胞区响应特征的影响

【摘要】 利用金相显微镜观察了电场对Cu-Zn-Al合金中类流态胞区响应特征的影响。在试样两端施加弱的直流电场后,发现类流态胞区及其周围的亮度和形状产生了变化。实验中拍摄了数十张照片,记下了胞区的变化过程。对该试样进行了扫描电镜及电子探针能谱分析,发现类流态胞区的铜含量比基体少,铝、锌含量比基体多,表明类流态胞区在电场作用下存在质量与能量的迁移和扩散过程。通过计算分形维数,发现类流态胞区具有分形特征并且分形维数值随时间延长而振荡变化。利用电场对材料中晶格缺陷的作用讨论了电场对类流态胞区响应特征的影响。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the influence of electric field on respondent characters of the quasi - fluid in Cu - Zn - Al alloy was observed by microscope. After DC electric field was forced on the sample, brightness and shape of quasi-fluid region changed. In this experiment, a series of photos showing the changing process of quasi - fluid were taken. We analyzed the alloys by SEM and found that copper content of quasi - fluid cell was lower than matrix, aluminium and zinc contents were higher. This suggests that there was diffusion process of atoms in quasi - fluid cell under electric field. Fractional dimension of the quasi - fluid region excited by electric field was calculated. It was found that the movement of the quasi - fluid region excited by electric field has fractional character and fractional dimension varies with time. The influence of electric field on the quasi - fluid was discussed comparing with effect of electric field on material defects.
