玄武岩纤维工程性质研究进展
Advances in Research on Engineering Properties of Basalt Fiber
【摘要】 玄武岩纤维是一种新型的无机环保绿色高性能纤维材料。根据国内外近10年来在该领域取得的成果,着重对玄武岩纤维加筋材料的工程性质、玄武岩纤维的改性等方面研究进展进行了介绍,在其加筋材料的工程性质方面,玄武岩纤维能有效提高材料的抗压、抗拉、抗折强度和承载力,增强材料的抗渗性和抗震性;在其改性研究方面,对玄武岩纤维进行某些物理或化学处理,可以使其与工程材料的粘结度等得到提高,加筋材料的力学性能得到更为明显的改善。最后,针对目前玄武岩纤维研究的不足,提出了今后该领域的研究重点和方向,主要包括:开发更低成本的生产工艺、对玄武岩纤维改性与其复合纤维材料研究、玄武岩纤维与工程材料界面作用机理研究、其加筋材料的力学模型及计算理论研究等。
【Abstract】 Basalt fiber is an emerging,inorganic,environmental and high-performance fiber material. Based on the achievements at home and abroad for the past 10 years in this field,this paper presents the research progress in study of the engineering properties and the mechanism of modification for basalt fiber. As to the engineering properties,the basalt fiber is effective in improving compressive strength,tensile strength,bending strength and bearing capacity,increasing the permeability resistance and shock resistance of materials. In modification by some physical or chemical ways,the bonding degree of basalt fiber with other materials can be improved,and the mechanical properties of reinforced materials can also be improved more obviously. Finally,the current research limitations in this field are discussed,some new directions and research topics are proposed for future work. These studies are: development of cheaper production technology,basalt fiber modification and properties of composite material of basalt fiber with other fibers,mechanism of interface between basalt fiber and other materials,as well as mechanical model and computational theory of its reinforced materials.
