黄条金刚竹花期内源激素含量与生理生化指标变化

【摘要】 为了探究黄条金刚竹花期内源激素与生理指标含量变化与开花衰老之间的关系,对黄条金刚竹开花与未开花植株各器官花期内源激素(ZR、GA3、ABA及IAA)与生理指标(叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、SOD、POD、MDA、可溶性糖)的含量(活性)进行测定与数据分析。结果表明,开花植株ZR、ABA和IAA总含量高于未开花植株,GA3总含量低于未开花植株;开花植株ZR含量在叶、秆、鞭中下降,花序中先上升后下降。开花植株中,ABA含量在叶、秆和鞭中持续上升。IAA含量在叶、秆、花序中先上升后下降,在鞭中一直下降,GA3含量在各器官中均先上升后下降。开花与未开花植株的各项生理指标变化呈现大致相同的趋势:叶绿素含量均下降,其中开花植株下降幅度大;可溶性蛋白含量降低;SOD和POD活性先上升后下降;MDA含量增加;可溶性糖含量先上升后下降。黄条金刚竹内源激素变化对竹子开花和衰老影响明显,竹子外在衰老表型和衰老过程伴随的生理指标变化相吻合。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the relationship between the changes of endogenous hormone, physiological indexes contents and bamboo senility during the flowering period of Sasaella kongosanensis’ Aureostriatus’, we measured and analyzed the contents of endogenous hormones(ZR, GA3, ABA, IAA) and physiological indexes contents(chlorophyll, soluble protein, SOD, POD, MDA, soluble sugar) in the flowering and non-flowering plants of Sasaella kongosanensis ‘Aureostriatus’. Results showed the total contents of ZR, ABA and IAA in flowering plants were higher than those in non-flowering plants, while the total content of GA3 was lower than that in non-flowering plants. The contents of ZR in flowering plants decreased in leaves, culms and rhizomes, while which increased firstly and then decreased in bamboo inflorescence. ABA content in flowing plants increased in leaves, culms and rhizomes. IAA content firstly increased and then decreased in the leaves, stalks, and inflorescences, and it always decreased in the rhizome. The GA3 content rose firstly and then decreased in all bamboo organs. The contents of physiological indexes in flowering and non-flowering plants showed the same trend, that is, the chlorophyll content decreased, while it decreased greatly in the flowering plants; the soluble protein content decreased; the SOD and POD activities increased firstly and then decreased; the MDA content increased; the soluble sugar content firstly increased and then decreased. The endogenous hormones in Sasaella kongosanensis‘Aureostriatus’ have obvious effects on the flowering senescence of bamboo, and the external aging phenotype of bamboo and the physiological indicators accompanying the aging process are consistent.
