【Abstract】 The Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923 had brought heavy casualties and property losses to Tokyo,Yokohama and other places.The main reasons leading to misery were fires,tsunamis,landslides and other secondary disasters.Japanese government took immediate measures to rescue and many around the world had also given assistance,which showed the features of timeliness and mutual aid.Reconstruction plan fully reflects the concept of disaster prevention and resistance,which is the mapping of the earthquake lesson.更多还原
