【Abstract】 This paper reviewed the development of permanent basic farmland protection,introduced the working situation in Shanghai.Based on the analysis and summary of Shanghai’s experience and practices,the bottleneck problems such as the pressure of cultivated land protection and ecological construction,cultivated land quality construction,optimizing the layout of basic farmland faced by Shanghai at present were expounded.And some suggestions on the protection of permanent basic farmland were put forward.更多还原
