【摘要】 农产品是人们日常食物的主要来源,其新鲜程度是衡量农产品品质的重要标准之一。农产品冷链物流就是为了保证在配送过程中农产品的品质与价值不受外部环境的干扰。从实际调研出发,以Z公司为例,分析农产品冷链物流存在的问题,如冷链物流基础设施落后、仓库管理不标准、退回农产品的不当处理、冷链物流管理人才缺乏等,并提出完善物流基础设施设备建设、加强内部的冷链系统管理、分类处理退货农产品、培养冷链物流人才等对策建议,以期更好地做好农产品冷链物流配送,促进农产品行业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural products are the main sources of people’s daily food,and their freshness is one of the important criteria for measuring the quality of agricultural products. The cold chain logistics of agricultural products is to ensure that the quality and value of agricultural products are not interfered by the external environment during the distribution process. Based on the actual research,this paper took Z company as an example to analyze the existing problems in cold chain logistics of agricultural products,including backward cold chain logistics infrastructure,unqualified warehouse management,improper handling of returned agricultural products,lack of cold chain logistics management talents,and so on. And some countermeasures were proposed,such as improving the construction of logistics infrastructure equipment,strengthening the internal cold chain system management,classifying and processing the return of agricultural products,and training cold chain logistics personnel,so as to better do a good job in cold chain logistics of agricultural products and promote the development of agricultural products industry.更多还原
