【Abstract】 Earthquake disaster is the most severe natural disaster to the human beings which caused great losses of lives and huge social fears.The earthquake risk in countryside is much higher than that in city.The tremendous injuries during Wenchuan Earthquake are still remembered by people.However,there are lots of problems about earthquake preventing and disaster reducing in countryside.So it is very important to improve rural seismic capacities during new countryside construction which not only related to security of lives and properties but also related to sustainable development of countryside.更多还原
