香根草对Cd、Pb、Zn的吸收累积特征研究

【摘要】 采用盆栽试验方法,分析Cd、Pb和Zn复合污染对香根草生长的影响,研究香根草对Cd、Pb和Zn的吸收累积特征。结果表明:(1)对照和处理香根草株高分别为92.5和72.8cm,重金属处理使香根草株高下降了21.3%,但差异不显著;(2)对照和处理香根草地上部生物量分别为4.1g/株和3.3g/株,根部生物量分别为3g/株和3.2g/株,重金属处理香根草地上部生物量下降了26.8%,根部生物量增加了6.7%,差异均不显著;(3)对照和施加重金属香根草地上部处理地上部Cd含量分别为0.11mg/kg和20.83mg/kg、Pb含量分别为15.67mg/kg和341.5mg/kg、Zn含量分别为11.38mg/kg和756.17mg/kg,根部Cd含量分别为0.21mg/kg和21.5mg/kg、Pb含量分别为19.4mg/kg和414.83mg/kg、Zn含量分别为13.12mg/kg和818.67mg/kg,表明香根草对重金属有较强的吸收能力和耐受能力。

【Abstract】 Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of Cd,Pb and Zn combined pollution on the growth of Vetiver grass,and the characteristics of absorption and accumulation of Cd,Pb and Zn byVetiveria zizanioide. The results showed that:(1)The plant height of control and treatment was 92.5 cm/plant and 72.8 cm/plant,respectively.Heavy metal treatment reduced the plant height by 21.3%,but the difference was not significant.(2)The plant of control and treatment was 4.1 g/plant and 3.3 g/plant respectively,while the root biomass was 3 g/plant and 3.2 g/plant respectively. The upper biomass of the plant treated with heavy metals decreased by 26.8%,while the root biomass increased by 6.7%,but the difference was not significant.(3)The contents of Cd,Pb,Zn,Cd,Pb and Zn were0.11 mg/kg and 20.83 mg/kg,15.67 mg/kg and 341.5 mg/kg,11.38 mg/kg and 756.17 mg/kg,respectively. The contents of Cd,Pb and Zn in roots were 0.21 mg/kg and 21.5 mg/kg,19.4 mg/kg and 414.83 mg/kg,respectively. 12 mg/kg and 818.67 mg/kg. This indicated that had strong absorption and tolerance to heavy metals.
