不同光照条件下典型水生植物对斜生栅藻生长的影响

【摘要】 为了研究水生植物对共生藻类生长的影响,采用常见水生植物菖蒲的浸泡液培养斜生栅藻,改变不同光照条件,考察斜生栅藻的生长情况。结果表明:在菖蒲浸提液浓度相同的条件下,随着光照强度的增加,斜生栅藻的生长速率逐渐增加;在光照强度相同的条件下,随着菖蒲浸提液浓度的增加,菖蒲对斜生栅藻的抑制率逐渐增加。在光照强度为4000lx时,菖蒲浸提液浓度为1、4、8、12、16g/L时,其抑制率依次为14.70%、27.97%、51.75%、74.83%、89.90%;在光照强度为2500lx时,其抑制率依次为20.42%、34.51%、51.04%、75.35%、92.20%;在光照强度为0lx时,其抑制率依次为85.71%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%。由此可知,菖蒲浸提液对斜生栅藻的生长具有较为明显的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of aquatic plants on the growth of symbiotic algae,the soaking solution of common aquatic plants Acorus was used to culture oblique grating algae,and different illumination conditions were changed to investigate the growth of oblique grille algae.The results showed that the growth rate of oblique grating algae increased gradually with the increase of illumination intensity under the condition of the same concentration of Acorus extract.Under the condition of the same illumination intensity,the inhibition rate of acorus to oblique grille algae increased gradually with the increase of the concentration of Acorus extract.When the light intensity is 4000 lx,the concentration of Acorus extract is 1,4,8,12 and16 g/L,and the inhibition rate is 14.7%,27.97%,51.75%,74.83% and 89.9% in turn,and when the illumination intensity is 2500 lx,The inhibition rate was 20.42%,34.51%,51.04%,75.35% and 92.20%,followed by85.71%,100%,100%,100% and 100% in light intensity of 0 lx.From the above results,it is shown that acorus soaking solution has obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of oblique grating algae.
