水解酸化预处理汽车涂装废水的效能分析

【摘要】 针对含有大分子难降解有机物的汽车涂装废水,直接使用好氧生物处理效果不佳,提出采用具有水力循环系统的水解酸化反应器对其进行预处理以提高其生物降解性。其运行效果使用COD去除率,酸化率等其他指标进行评价。试验结果表明:在进水全部为汽车涂装废水,反应时间为24 h,循环流量为180 L/h以及温度在常温的条件下,COD去除率稳定在20%左右,酸化率可达到约10%,与进水pH相比出水pH下降0.10-0.46。通过研究反应时间、COD体积负荷和循环流量对水解酸化的影响,将反应时间控制在20-24 h,容积负荷在1.2-1.3 kg/m~3.d,循环流量在180-240 L/h时,该废水的COD去除率或酸化率较高。结果表明:汽车涂装废水经过该方法预处理后,生物降解性和产酸量都有所提高,为后期好氧生物处理减轻了有机负荷。

【Abstract】 For automotive coating wastewater containing macromolecule-degradable organics,the effect of aerobic biological treatment is not directly used,and a hydrolytic acidification reactor with a hydraulic circulation system is proposed to pretreat it to enhance its biodegradability. The operating effect is evaluated using other indicators such as COD removal rate and acidification rate. The test results show that:the influent water is all automotive coating wastewater,the reaction time is 24 h,the circulation flow is 180 L/h,and the temperature is normal temperature,the COD removal rate is stable at about 20%,and the acidification rate can reach about 10%. The pH of the effluent water decreased by 0.10-0.46 compared to the pH of the influent.By examining the influence of reaction time,COD volume loading,and circulation flow rate on the hydrolysis acidification,the reaction time was controlled at 20-24 h,the volumetric loading was 1.2-1.3 kg/m~3.d,and the circulating flow rate was 180-240 L/h. The COD removal rate or acidification rate is higher.The results showed that the biodegradability and acid production of automotive coating wastewater after pretreatment were improved,which reduced the organic load for later aerobic biological treatment.
