【摘要】 目前村镇地区,底部框架砌体砖房大量存在。这类房屋一般沿村镇道路两边建设,由于设计或施工欠规范,房屋存在很多安全隐患,一般很难抵御破坏性地震的破坏。本文重点阐述这类房屋地震作用下的破坏机理,并通过抗震规范和有限元分析软件对典型结构房屋进行抗震鉴定和分析,同时就未来这类房屋的建设提出相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,there are many ground frame masonry brick houses in rural areas.Such houses generally constructed along the rural roads,there are many potential safety hazard due to lack of formal design and construction and generally difficult to resist the devastating earthquake.This paper elaborated the destruction mechanism of this kind of buildings under earthquake action and conduct typical structure building seismic appraisal and analysis through the seismic code and finite element analysis software,at the same time,put forward relevant suggestions on the construction of this kind of houses for the future.更多还原
