某框架-剪力墙体系高层结构抗震性能分析

【摘要】 合肥市某小区住宅楼,地下一层,地上三十三层,建筑高度99.9m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。本文首先介绍该工程概况及结构体系,然后采用SATWE、ETABS有限元分析软件对该结构进行计算,并运用静力推覆方法对结构弹塑性阶段抗震性能目标补充分析验算,针对结构体系鉴别、短梁处理、抗震构造、结构扭转控制等关键问题,提出框架-剪力墙结构满足规范和抗震性能目标的具体措施。文章采用的抗震分析计算方法及建议,可为业内同仁分析和设计同类高层建筑结构时提供参考。

【Abstract】 A residential building in a Community of Hefei formed with one basement and thirty three floors overground,building height 99.9m,with frame-shear wall structure system.Firstly this paper describes the overview of the project and architecture selection,then,use SATWE and the finite element method analysis software ETABS to do analyze and calculation inorder to obtain the aseismatic behavior of the structure.Apply Pushover method to supplement analysis of structure during elastic-plastic stage to ensure the structure is aseismatic function to meet the specifications and requirements of seismic performance objectives.For the matter of structural system identification,short-beam issues,aseismatic measures,torsion of structure and other key issues are concerned,proposed with specific measures aimed at make the Frame-shear Wall structure meet the seismic performance objectives.The method of analysis and the appropriate aseismatic measures it takes can be the reference sources for the aseismatic function analysis and design on similar high-rise building.
