【摘要】 以国内外有关结构性态水准和性态目标的主要研究成果为基础,参考国内的相关规范和标准,将基础隔震结构的性态分为5个水准:健康、亚健康、病态、生命安全和毁坏,并针对建筑不同使用功能的重要性提出了3个层次的设防目标:一般设防目标、强化设防目标、重点设防目标。同时,对基础隔震结构用设计基准期定义其不同功能类别,计算了设计基准期不同的三类建筑不同地震动水准的相当超越概率;提出了不同使用功能结构水平向减震系数与隔震后上部结构水平地震作用和抗震措施所对应的烈度分档建议值。最后,将基础隔震RC框架结构的设防目标进行了量化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In reference with research finding about performance levels and objective and some concerned codes or rules home and abroad,in consideration with the characteristics of isolated structure,seismic performance levels and performance objectives are put forward in this paper.Five seismic performance levels of the isolated buildings are given,namely no damage,slight damage,moderate damage,extensive damage and complete damage.Then,according to different function of the isolated buildings,three performance objectives are given.In addition,different function catagory of isolated structures is defined by basic design period,and the corresponding exceeding probability of different levels ground motion is calculated.The suggested intensity values and horizontal shockresistant coefficients corresponding with seismic measures and horizontal ground motion for upper-structure are given.At last,numerical performance objecitive of isolated RC frame buildings is given.更多还原
